Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your crystal purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the delivery date
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
How to Initiate a Return

Receive Return Instructions
Our team will review your request and send you return instructions, including the shipping address and any necessary return labels within 1–2 business days.
Ship Your Return
Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging and ship them to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized crystal orders
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered from their original condition
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Gift cards and digital products
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at VibeHigherNetLLC@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including prepaid return shipping.
Please report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery for the fastest resolution.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
